Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 22, 2021

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to information collected by or on behalf of Patuga LLC (“Patuga,” “we,” “us” or “our”) through your use of this website (the “Site”) as well as information you may provide to us when you interact with us offline (“Personal Information”). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to outline our policies and practices with respect to the Personal Information we collect and how we use, share, maintain, and protect your Personal Information.

By visiting this Site, you are agreeing to the practices or policies described below, and you are agreeing to be bound by its terms in relation to your use of the Site.

We will update this policy as we adjust our procedures to protect your Personal Information. Before these changes go into effect, we will post the updated policies and procedures here, along with an effective date for the amended Privacy Policy. Once we alter the policy, continued use of the Site on or after the effective date is considered consent of the amended Privacy Policy.

HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We generally collect information in two ways: information you provide to us and information collected automatically.

Information You Provide to Us: You may provide us with your Personal Information, including but not limited to your name, address, email, or other identifiers when you use our Site, sign up for our product updates, respond to surveys, or submit reviews. In order to make a purchase, we may request certain personal identifying information from you, which may include name, mailing address, billing address, email address, telephone number, additional demographic information (including, but not limited to age, gender and zip code), method of payment, and if applicable, credit card number. Some Site transactions may require you to telephone us or us to telephone you. We will not contact you by telephone without your prior consent, except to confirm details of an order placed online and/or to inform you of the status of such order.

Automatically Collected Information: As is customary for websites, our Site will collect information, including technical and routing information about your computer, without being prompted. We use this information to optimize our Site for use by our visitors. If, however, you choose to browse the internet anonymously or opt-out, we will not collect technical or routing information about your device.

  • Cookies: Our Site uses cookies, which are small text files that are stored on the device you use to navigate our Site. Cookies may collect information such as the pages you visit on our Site, your web address, the type of browser, device or hardware you use, search terms, advertising identifier, mobile network information, and IP-based geography location. This information helps us recognize you the next time you visit our Site so we can customize your next experience with us. You can set your browser to reject and/or remove cookies at any time. To learn more about your ability to manage cookies, please consult the privacy features in your web browser.
  • Web Analytics: We may utilize web analytics on our Site. These are third party tracking tools that help us analyze how our visitors interact with our Site and provide us with information for improving our Site and your experience while on the Site. The analytics provider may transfer this information to a third-party group if required by law, or if a transfer is necessary to process the information. Most third-party analytics tools collect only your Internet-Protocol (“IP”) address assigned to you on the date you visit our Site, rather than your name and other identifying information. Although third-party analytics tools store a cookie on your machine to identify you as a unique visitor the next time you visit our Site, the cookie typically cannot be used by anyone but that third party. Some of these third-party service providers may collect information from our Site for retargeting and interest-based advertising. Some third-party service providers may also build a profile of visitors’ online browsing activities. For more information about these forms of targeted advertising and to understand your right to opt-out from these practices, please visit: https://optout.aboutads.info/?c=2&lang=EN
  • Social Media Platforms: If you contact us or interact with us on social media platforms, your interactions with us are governed by this Privacy Policy as well as the privacy policy of the social media platform you use. Please note such social media platform may send us your information, including but not limited to, your profile information.
