Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your order and wish to return it, please initiate a return within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Navigate to the ‘Returns‘ page and fill in your order information. Any shipping costs paid towards returning your order will not be refunded.
After 7 days of receipt of your order, items will not be accepted for a refund or full credit. They may be exchanged less an exchange fee of 15%.
Your return must be received by UPS or FedEx within 7 days of receipt of the return shipping label. After 7 days, it will be considered an exchange (15% fee).
Shipping
All Patuga orders are shipped with insurance via United Parcel Service (UPS) and require recipient signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes, post offices, mail forwarding companies, military bases, or hotels, due to shipper restrictions.
United States & Canada
All orders over $400 are shipped for free within the U.S. and Canada. Orders below $400 are charged a flat rate of $25.
Other Countries
We charge $75 for international shipping which is considered outside the U.S. and Canada.
